How to check my order status?
In your mixwall.co.uk account, you can see all the orders you made, including shipping address, shipping method, payment information and also the items ordered.
When the status of your order is updated, it will be also shown in your account.
Unpaid: the order hasn’t paid yet, you can choose to pay this order or delete it.
Checking: This means we have received your payment. Your order will be handled according to our standard procedure
Packing: We are packing all the products properly, also will follow your instructions to label the package. Packing orders are not allowed to edit again.
Shipped: This means we have sent out your order. You will receive an email from Mixwall including tracking number and links. You can also log in your account to check it.
Partly shipped: this means some of your items have been dispatched a part of your order and rest of items is still awaiting shipment.

How do I write a Review?
Simply browse My Account- Reviews- Items waiting for you review, there list the items you have brought at mixwall.co.uk. You can choose which to be reviewed.
You can also Open the detail web, click the "Write a Review" button and you'll be taken to the review form. An order to publish your reviews and get the 20 points, you should sign up mixwall.co.uk firstly.

Our requirements are simple. Just reveal that you are a real person by registering and your review should focus on specific features of our product and your experience with it.
How do I post the Image?
Take the photo of the products you received from mixwall.co.uk. Sign in your account and open product page; click the “upload yours” button in customer Images part. Then you can upload Images by browsing any products you would like to share. You can get the 15 points by upload a products image
Are there any requirements for posting an Image?
Upload same multi- photos with one product is not allowed. If you take photo of one product with different angel, we will choose 2-3 pcs among them
How do I post the Video?
Take the Video of the product you received from mixwall.co.uk and uploaded your video to www.YouTube.com(it is free). Sign in your account and open product page, click the “post your videos” at customer video part. Add the Video URL (www.Youtube.com) and submit,. You can get 40 points for each Video.
Are there any requirements for posting a Video?
One product with one Video. Be sure you mentioned "Mixwall" when you upload videos on YouTube (in the fields of title, description or etc.), this can help your video get approved more easily.
How long does it take for my review/Image/Video to appear on the website?
