What is the Product Warranty of Mixwall.co.uk?

Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better under Mixwall warranty:
1.Missing Item
   Items missed completely or partially from an order
2.Cosmetic Damage
    Physical damage on products' surface or shell
3.Wrong Product Received
    Product that is completely different from Mixwall web description
4.   Verified Functional Failure
    Failure that makes the device unable to use, repairing of which needs to change board, screen or   reset cables etc.
5.  Customer Induced Damage
    Damage caused by customer's incorrect operation or insufficient protection, including but not limited to screen broken, moisture, scratch, rust etc.
6.  (Defect) Can Not Duplicate
    Product is claimed as defective by customers. But it is tested as "No Defect" by Mixwall engineer upon receiving.
7.  Out Of Warranty
    Product that exceeds the warranty period
8.  Non-Authorization Return
     Customer returns the products without Mixwall authorization (RMA Approval)
9. Warranty Period
A period which is defined as “From the shipping date (on Mixwall web) to the RMA application date”.

What is Mixwall’s return process?

Most items within Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product as per our Return Policy.

Can I return products without requesting RMA?

Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior acknowledgement. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via E-mail and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.

How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization?

Return Merchandise Authorization is only for the product within product warranty. Once you need to return one item, please send email to info@mixwall.co.uk. Then mixwall.co.uk customer service center will give your feedback within 24 hours with "Product Return" form.

Shipping address will be offered with RMA Authorization from mixwall.co.uk customer service.

Is it necessary to offer tracking number for the returned products?

Yes, it is necessary to track the returned product due to internationally shipping. mixwall.co.uk won’t take the responsibility for missing returns shipment.

How can I receive the refund?

Due to all of the payments are through PayPal, we'll refund your payment to your PayPal account. It will be processed within 1-2 business days when the case is clear, and you will receive a PayPal confirmed E-mail then.

May I exchange my RMA item for a different product?

Unfortunately, we do not exchange RMA items for different items. We will only replace an RMA item with an identical replacement item of the same make and model.

Does Mixwall.co.uk pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?

Since products sent from mixwall.co.uk are free of shipping charge, mixwall.co.uk does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise.
